Thursday's Joyful Shout (Matthew 27:18-20)

Yay! We have a winner for this week's A Joyful Shout. Gale Powell guessed:
"God can come to anyone in their Dreams, to serve his purpose! Especially those who need Him most." Right on! Praise God! I hope you'll play next week. Here's more of this week's theme:

18 For he knew that they had handed Him over because of envy.
19 While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent to him, saying, “Have nothing to do with that just Man, for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of Him.”
20 But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitudes that they should ask for Barabbas and destroy Jesus. (Matthew 27:18-20, New King James Version)

PRAYER
Jerusalem Prayer Team: That the Lord will meet the needs of the Jewish people who've asked for help. Many of them came to Israel from Russia hoping to escape persecution. But the economic downturn has hit Israel especially hard. Many families are forced to choose between food, medicine, and heating their homes in the winter. They struggle with malnutrition and other diseases brought on by a lack of good food. May the Lord bless their Passover celebration and draw them to Yeshua Moshiach.

Blessings,
B :)
